Bougie Dogwear Shipping AND return Policy
- We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada. We use USPS (Priority or Ground Advantage) for all orders.
- For international orders: you will be responsible for any customs fees charged by your country.
- We offer free shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $50 (calculated after any coupons or discounts).
- Free shipping ships via USPS Ground Advantage only.
- We ship all orders within 24–48 hours, depending on product availability.
- Orders ship Monday–Friday only.
- Any order received after 10:00am Eastern will be processed the following business day.
- Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
Please remember that estimated shipping times from USPS are just estimates. Once we have shipped your order, we are at the mercy of the carrier.
Returns
Bougie Dogwear shipping and Return Policy
- Return window is 7 days from the date you receive your order
- Return shipping is by Mail and is the Customer’s responsibility
- We will accept returns on items that are defective in craftsmanship (broken clasp, loose stitching, etc.)
- If you are seeking a refund for a defective item, please allow 7 days (after we receive item back) for processing time.
- We will accept returns for non-defective items for exchange only. Customer is responsible for return shipping and exchange shipping costs. Item MUST be in New condition.
- It is VERY important to measure the neck circumference of your pet before ordering. If you order the wrong size, you will be responsible for return shipping and the additional shipping cost of the exchange.
- You will have 7 days from the date you receive the product to contact us about any issues.
- No returns or exchanges will be approved if your pet damages the product.
- For International orders, you will be responsible for shipping cost to return items.
